Awesome!!!!
I've been training for a number of years and I've struggled to find a protein powder that I can use as I have Coeliac Disease. Coeliac means that I struggle with dairy (Whey) and many others due to Soy lecithin. I've spent days on the toilet suffering the consequences of searching for a suitable protein This protein isn't dairy, isn't rank like vegetable proteins (which are all horrible) and doesn't contain soy lecithin (sunflower lecithin used) I blended it as just shaking it doesn't mix it. When blended it mixed in to a Angel Delight fluffy liquid mixture. I just used water so was wary but no need! The chocolate flavour is AWESOME!!! No lumps or clumps, tastes lovely and is a massive 27g protein per serving No I'll consequences! Bonus!!! I use 3 a day now! Don't delay, buy it and try it!!! (Not the unflavoured though)

Good taste. Blends well, doesn’t shake well
I use this as I am intolerant to milk. It is the only beef protein than I can find that is a “creamy” flavour, rather than a tangy fruity flavour. It tastes good and blends well, chocolate is my favourite and banana fudge is also good. Only draw back is it doesn’t mix particularly well when in a shaker. I have a BFA shaker with a heavier ball that break it up a bit better, but in a regular shaker it struggles and is lumpy. All good for me as I blend my shakes. It also doesn’t like being too cold, it can go a little gelatinous if you throw say frozen blueberry’s in with it when mixed with freak yogurt. All in all though I enjoy the flavours and I blend 90% of my shakes so above issues aren’t too bad for me personally.

Good
Very easy to digest. Just need to use a blender as it doesn't mix well in a regular mixer bottle.

I'm allergic to milk. Therefore, as a bodybuilder, must find alternatives. I've been using Pure Soya Isolate, which is a good protein but hard to mix and tastes pretty bad; let's be honest. Whey is not an option, so I have little alternatives. I eat tons of meat (naturally), including beef, It's just milk that causes me an issue. The products arrived very quickly, on a Sunday which was odd. But overall good delivery service. When opening the Beef Protein bag it really does smell like animal, but I was expecting this after reading some other reviews. Don't be alarmed by this though, as the smell disappears once mixed. So when mixed with water it smells and tastes like chocolate milk, seriously no difference. It is hard to mix. It benefits from using a blender. Without one, it is lumpy. This is not a problem for me, but worth you knowing. It also is quite frothy too. But not as frothy as Soya! 'Whey' users don't know how good they have it :) My first experience with the product was joy! I've hated using Soya for some time as I can't get used to the foul taste. And this was a dream. Sadly, the deal breaker is it gives me the runs. The product literally acts like a laxative. Just to be clear, when I ingest milk, I suffer pain and the runs too. But the difference here is that there is no pain, just terrible runs. I have tested this to be sure it's the powder, and it really is. Which is just unfortunate. I thought I was onto a winner, too. It may be fine for you? I bought 2kg of the stuff. One chocolate and the other chocolate and peanut. I will slowly, every other day or so, have one of these just to use up the batch. But Unless something changes in the ingredients, I won't be able to keep on using it after it's gone. Which is a shame because it really does taste good. I'm yet to taste the chocolate and peanut flavour. I'll post a review on that as soon as I have opened it. So in summary: - Smells like animal, when in powder form. - Tastes wonderful (like chocolate milk) when mixed with water. - Smells nice and sweet when mixed with water. - Hard to mix, needs bender; otherwise clumpy. - Frothy when mixed, in blender. - Causes diarrhoea but with no pain. Overall 3 STARS, would have been 5 STARS if no runs! Big shame!

Tastes really good!
It tasted just like normal whey protein. There is a whiff of beef but if you don’t pay too much attention to it, there’s not much difference in the flavour! Really good value as well

DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY!!!! TERRIBLE IN EVERY ASPECT ASIDE FROM PRICE (WHICH IS ONLY MARGINALLY CHEAPER THAN MOST ALTERNATIVES) This is absolutely disgusting and impractical product for making protein shakes: The chocolate flavour just tastes like an old overcooked hamburger with some coco powder on it (but more disgusting), but I've had bad-tasting protein powders before and this isn't even much of a problem usually because you can just down it. HOWEVER, this isn't even viable when the texture is considered: In terms of mixing, I shook this hard for a good 2 minutes in my shaker, but there was still powder stuck along the sides and bottom of the shaker, which was annoying. More importantly, the drink combines with water into 3 sections: A top froth section which is 2cm high, which has a disgusting old beef taste. A mid-section (almost all the drink) which has little clumps of protein in basically just dirty brown water because it doesn't mix properly, and finally, the even bigger problem which means you can't down it: there's a kind of protein slime/foamy clump that forms in the bottom that is insoluble and will not mix. This will stick to the bottom and appears to contain half the volume of the total powder, preventing you from downing it. You need to go for a second round filling up the whole thing with water just for this to become a drinkable state. Again, there will still be some stuck to the sides which will not come off with shaking. You need to SCRUB with a sponge. This was extremely disappointing, I've had proteins including pea, soy, whey and whey isolate and I can confirm this is without a doubt the worst in texture/mixing/cleaning the bottle, and comes tied last with plain pea isolate in terms of the flavour (which you can at least just down)

Dont believe the low scores!!!
Yes it foams, due to high leuicine content...yes it smells a bit funky, its made from Beef...but the taste is great. Mixed with water in a shaker cup tatses like the left over milk in a bowl after having a chocolate breakfast cereal. 90% protein content and cheap for a months supply.

Smells Funny, Tastes okay.
I was worried about buying this after seeing some of the reviews but have been pleasantly surprised. I can't do whey as it gives me terrible IBS and don't fancy taking loperamide every time I have a shake. Mixed mine with lactose free milk (2 scoops and 5mg creatine) and it mixed just fine; I do have some mixing coils (the balls work just as well I'm told) so that probably helps. I will say it smells funny but tastes just like any other chocolate protein powder I've ever had (ie not as good as an IBS inducing milkshake but good enough to not heave as it goes down).
