What is the battery life on strobe?

They do not post that in the specs so I don't think it would be a very long time since its such a small light. If you need a strobe to last for a long time then you need something with a larger battery.

What type of usb adapter? i'm looking for something usb c.

Hello, Aurora A3 is Micro USB adapter, if you look for usb c/type c, you might consider the Aurora A33 OR E200/E300. Thank you.

What is the battery life on strobe?

Continuous probly 30 mins but last 8 mins would be pretty weak

Did the light get fatter from when it was 130 mAh? I have an old one and I think it was ~.56" wide or something

Yes, A3 is 130 mAh, A3x updated version is 260 mAh. Thank you.
