Does this come with two grips or one?

No it doesn’t, the grips are specific to Matt or gloss. Matt has a 37mm smooth grip and gloss has a 39mm ridged grip. This also only comes with 1 battery pack

Can this be used with a Bluetooth footswitch ?

Personally I wouldn’t see the need of using a footswitch so I’m doubtful but there is a Bluetooth symbol on it so quite possibly?
