Q: Please say if this mirror will fit a Honda Hornet 900. Thanks.

As I have only fitted these mirrors to 1950 BSA 7/8 inch bars I could not say.Steve

Q: Are the mirror approved? With marking?

Cannot see any marking that would indicate “approval”, It was expensive, but very well engineered. I am very happy with it.

Q: How easy are these to put on a 900 thunderbird bars as have read there are issues with a internal thread in bars

HiI fitted mine to a 1960 Tiger 100 so didn't have any problem just followed the instructions supplied for a standard 7/8 handle bar (instructions are supplied for use with 7/8 - 5/16 & 1" bars) - if you have balance weights on your bars you may need the additional extension fitting, but shouldn't have a problem, if in doubt phone Halcyon and ask them I'm sure they will have come across this one before... good luck
