Awesome little beast!
Great for an instant look at something small, markings, leaf structure etc. Very inexpensive and uses a standard cheap battery, no dying rechargeables to worry about. Not found a use for th UV light feature yet.

Lakwa. Microscope.
I bought this for my grandson I had it a few months before his birthday he’s only four. He went to use it a few days after his birthday and sadly it doesn’t work. We’ve all tried to get it to work and not joy. I would like to send it back and I cannot find out anything on how I can. Or complain about it. Please help.

Not great
The quality of the lens isn’t great. I’ve tried a few different things to try and get this to work but only the slides work.

I cant get it o work
I don't know if it's me, but I can't get it to focus on anything? Everything is just a white blurr. I'd appreciate some help with this before I send it back?

It is a good product. My only problem was the delivery of the microscope. The distributer did not place the microscope in the mail box. The item was left in the back lane on the road, where it could have been run over by a car. Fortunately for me a stranger picked it up and delivered it to me .

This isn't really a handheld microscope. It works best if you use it on a flat surface - tabletop. Tying to focus this and look through it while holding it and what you are trying to look at will result in frustration. I like the two kinds of lights = regular white light, and the UV light. Using the UV light requires you to press and hold down the button to keep the light on, the regular light operates with an on/off switch. The microscope come with a nylon carrying case - and a selection of pre-prepared slides. The stuff on the slides is pretty random selection - fly & bee parts for example. Fun if you have never looked at such things using a microscope. The one double-A battery seems more than adequate, the cover on the battery compartment seems a bit loose and might be something that could potentially pop off. I'm happy with my purchase.
