Smells more potent than other fenugreek products.
I've only been using fenugreek supplements for just under a month, now, so I can't positively say whether or not I've experienced any real benefit, but it does seem like I hit my workouts with a bit more intensity, do a few more reps than usual, and I've even added a few more pounds to the bar for some exercizes. Could it be a placebo effect? Maybe; only more time will tell. I do notice, though, that this product has a more pronounced "maple syrup" odor than the two other fenugreek supplements that I've also ordered, even though one of them claims 50% saponin concentration and the other, 70%. If, as some suggest, the smell can indicate the product's potency, this Horbaach product is a good deal, since the other two are more expensive.
