A little noisy but the added control is worth it
I prefer these over the original Superglides simply because you can actually keep your crosshair/cursor completely still. Don't get me wrong, the original Superglides are pretty neat because they are so fast and buttery smooth. The problem with the original Superglides is it's almost impossible to keep your hand perfectly still which translates to a jittery crosshair/cursor (or maybe I just consume too much caffeine lol). My only complaint with these newer Superglides 2's is they are kind of noisy compared to the original Superglides or even PTFE skates. I am overall happy, definitely will keep these on my Xlite.

They work -- but too fast.
Using these on a Pulsar Xlite v3 ES, I got the 'version 2' which is called 'Superglide2' or Type-C (C standing for Control). I generally use stock skates that come with mice, but the Pulsar Xlite v3 ES PTFE skates were particularly bad, they got scratched along the center and caused an inconsistent glide, which honestly does not really happen to most skates. My preferred skates several years ago were called 'HyperGlide' which was a very small company that made thick rounded PTFE skates, which felt like a platform that the mouse was on and glided effortlessly - I did try some years ago other products like 'corepad' or 'tiger ice' and they were all quite bad in my opinion, worse than stock/OEM, hyperglide was the only after market which made me feel an improvement to my glide rather than a negative. I was skeptical about trying glass, I used to use a plastic pad in 2009 when I had a small desk before getting a QCK medium (now I use larger pads like the typical 460x400 or 500x500mm). I've tried cloth glass before and it was too fast, I've tried hard surface mouse pads and again too fast. The glide is effortless but you completely lose stability, which while it feels nice tracking a moving target in an FPS, you trade consistency which is more important than nice tracking for the moment. Look at some of the best players and they all have control or use slower mouse pads. Anyway, back to these skates. They are rounded and they truly do improve glide. I tested across 2 mousepads and when I lightly flick the mouse it continues to glide a fair distance, they are rounded and not scratchy. So the material used called 'Aluminosilicate' which I had never heard of until I tried this does work as a PTFE alternative. It gives me that 'free glide' feeling and they work quite nice I will be honest. They do not compare to HyperGlide for me, but HyperGlide is no longer in business and could not keep up with demand when they went Viral (which is a shame). When I say do not compare, I don't mean they are inferior -- just that they are TOO FAST for me. I also negated one star because they do not completely cover the mouse skate cutout on the mouse made by Pulsar, plus there is no middle mouse skate (you leave the original one installed btw, do not take it off) So in Short: 1) Improves glide greatly, consistently fast, works out of box 2) No middle mouse skate 3) Does not cover the entire cutout for the mouse skate hole, this doesn't really affect performance but Pulsar is the OEM of the mouse and the skate -- you would like it would be a precision cut.. if it was a 3rd party mouse sure, but like why? 4) Too fast, I recommend this for VERY low sensitivity players who want smooth gliding, if you are low-medium, medium, or high sensitivity. I suggest seeking alternative PTFE skates or keeping your stock ones. These are not bad, but I do not think you will be able to use them and stay competitive in FPS - this is my opinion. But I've been playing for over 20 years and know these are causing inconsistent aim, but they are fun to use - and if you're not competitive and just want a super smooth glide - then have a blast. If I just played MMO/MOBA/RTS these would be a blast since the precision isn't required.

Break in period, give them time.
I actually hated these right out of the box. The "control" version feels very rough, and gives the mouse this awful static friction. Not to mention how noisy it makes your mouse. But give them a week or so of wear in, after that: I liked them head a shoulders over the "Speed" version of these skates.

Nope.
The fact that this seller has the audacity to put this item up for sale without a middle mouse skate is not okay. Would be 4/5 stars with a middle mouse skate. Be advised. LAZY. Doesn’t affect mouse quality. Glass weighs more than the plastic skates your mouse comes with. Performance is fine; would be higher with the addition of a CRUCIAL middle mouse sensor skate. Design is 2/5, extremely lazy and skimped on the lack of a middle sensor skate.

Really nice
It will 100% improve glide/flick ability. Takes a few days to get used to the added speed but really nice. Will likely help reduce some fatigue as well

These improve your mouse by quite a bit, definitely recommend.
I love these. Every time I buy a new mouse I replace them with superglide skates and I notice my aim is exactly what I want it to be. Definitely recommend since I play overwatch and I play a lot of hits can characters

Perfect for Balance
These glass skates are the perfect inbetween of smooth and control. I use these on a cloth mousepad and it's amazing.

The glide is lovely and smooth with a lot more stopping power/control than the original superglides. Original Superglides are a lot faster with less control. Personally prefer the 2s as I'm way more consistent with them.

The skates on pulsar mouse were scratched up and heavily used and these mouse skates brought them back to life. The mouse skates are better than the ones that my pulsar mouse came with out of the box.

Der Control-Effekt von diesen Mausfüßen ist absolut schlecht. Und es fühlt sich nicht gleichmäßig an.
