My baby is 3 months, but is already fitting in 6 month clothes. Should I size up to the medium or stick with the small?

I would if your baby is taller than average. We use the M size and have since my little one was 4 months. They work great! She’s almost 7 months now and they still fit her well. She’s in the 97 percentile for height.

For a baby that’s 28.5 inches long which size is better?

My baby only gains a little over a pound a month and is currently 11.7 and 23.5 in long at 4 months. Should I get small or medium?

When I got mine my baby was 4-5 months old & weighed 13 lbs and was around 24 inches long. I got her medium. She is 6 months old now weighs 17lbs 27.5 inches long & she still has room. I liked hers being a little better because she still has room to move around & likes to have the “freedom” but if your kiddo likes to be a little bit more “snuggled” I would get small.

Does it zip from feet to head for night diaper change?

It zippers up to the head and down to the feet and zip is covered with fabric

We've been using it since the baby was 2 months, now she is 8 month old. We changed the size in the middle. Happy with quality. It is thin enough not to be hot, she sleeps in the room with 24 degree with overall pyjama.

I bought these for my son, and I love them. Its been a few months and they are still in perfect shape. No rips/holes. They do not stain easy. Zipper works still. Not too thin, and I would say size is accurate! Would recommend these to anyone! Walmart wanted over 30$ for one paid and I got 3 for less than that price! My son is chubbier so I sized up to 12-18 months and hes currently 14 and they fit perfect. Even if they are a little bigger, they still work well!

Shrinks some after first wash, so I'm glad I ordered a bigger than needed size. The fit is great and baby has plenty of leg room. Keeps her warm but not too hot for the warmer nights and the material is so soft and comfy. Have had no more issues with it shrinking in the dryer and its holding up nicely.
