Ledger Nano X - Classic Crypto Wallet with Bluetooth

Had this thing for about a little over a month setup was easy and I’ve loaded it with crypto and so far so good. This is my second wallet I got one years ago wasn’t really all into it but this one isn’t to bad I would say this is a pretty secure good wallet especially for a first one. Do your research on what works best for you as always!

Should have read reviews. Fell into the same issue with Battery Won't Charge. Followed all instructions on the support website and still no luck. If your goal is to only be able to use it when connected to power supply like laptop or wall outlet it'll work fine but the product defective and not worth buying in my opinion. Extremely disappointed by the lack of support from Ledger to address and resolve a known issue.

I purchased in Dec 2024, when I purchased it the item it would not stay powered on. I just found it again after all this time, I thought it had already been returned.

I received a brick device. Ledger support through Amazon sent a replacement. This device worked one time & then bricked again. I followed all troubleshooting steps and they did not work. Ledger told me I needed to work through this site, as it's where I made the purchase, despite it being under warranty. Ledger support stopped responding to me on here & fortunately Amazon refunded me. Do yourself a favor and save the headache.

Warning! No Product Support when purchased through Amazon. I didn’t open package until after 30 day return period was over. Battery will not charge and this is a known bug with the Nano X. Because I purchased through Amazon I was not eligible for the 1 year warranty. $150 down the drain. Don’t buy this product and if you still think you should don’t buy on Amazon.

Was not pleased with this product and worst, not given an opportunity to return it. Product is not user friendly, would not connect to app, and there is zero live member support. Basically sunk cost.

Would not Bluetooth synk with my phone the first one had a button stick right off the bat and was useless

J’utilise ce Ledger Nano X depuis maintenant 2 mois, sur mobile et PC, et j’ai déjà eu d’autres portefeuilles physiques auparavant. Celui-ci m’a convaincu par sa simplicité d’utilisation et son design réussi. ✅ Les points positifs : L’installation est rapide et intuitive, même si on n’est pas expert. La gestion via Bluetooth sur mobile est fluide, tout comme la connexion en USB sur ordinateur. Ledger Live est une application complète, qui permet de suivre ses portefeuilles, envoyer/recevoir et même faire du staking 💡 Le format compact est pratique à transporter, et la couleur vert émeraude est originale ✂️ ❌ Le gros bémol : un pixel mort sur l’écran quelques jours après l’achat. C’est mineur en termes de fonctionnalité, mais décevant pour un appareil de cette gamme. À ce prix, on attend une qualité irréprochable.
