As to my knowledge and experience, this product is great! There is a mild stimulant effect in the short-term, which sustains through the activity you partake in 20-30 minutes after consumption. I have noticed an increase in mental sharpness, and the testosterone-driven feelings I get throughout the day. There is more drive to get things done, more stamina during activity, and less fatigue across the length of the entire day. Depending on your current physical shape and situation, results can vary from person to person... However, I have noticed a boost in all the aforementioned effects when in a caloric deficit, or earlier in the day, in times of lower caloric intake. All in all, it is a well-made product and I would recommend it friends/family. I would also order it again for myself.
