Is there any videos on how to use the roller?

Yes, there are several videos on our YouTube channel as well as on our IGTV channel (@liporoller) .. Hope that helps..

How long after surgery should you wait before beginning use?

Hi, Typically, you can begin to utilize the solution within 48 hours following your procedure. However, each individual is unique, and we recommend consulting with your surgeon with regards to your individual recovery and process. Thank you for a great question!

can this go in the freezer for cold rolling?

Its kind of big, and the blue roller part is like a hard foam or plastic, so not sure how long it would maintain the cold.
