Tough. Works well on my flat top and on my pellet smoker.

My original scraper pad was good but this one works better with my Traeger as the segmented design allows the pad to clean between the grate bars.

This is great. We are able to clean with just water and zero fear of getting metal bristles in our food. One suggestion is to put a hole in the handle or a formed hook so i can hang it when not in use.

Makes cleaning the grill a lot easier. Would recommend getting the one that has the grill lines, I purchased afterwards and it works even better. Only issue I have is removing the head on my unit takes a pair of pliers otherwise it will not detach.

Always loved the older heads so getting this newer style with scraper was an upgrade! Works great!

Love this so much. Excellent quality but a bit pricy. I think we could run it over with the tractor though and it probably wouldn’t break. I’d say worth the money. Peace of mind knowing we do not have metal grill bristles in our food!

Tabs on side of brush head became loose and wouldn’t stay on handle after second use. Reached out to GrillRescue customer service and was told that I probably forgot to unwrap the product properly. When I pointed out that it would be painfully obvious if the plastic wrap was still on the cleaning head, they then told me to gently bend out the tabs. They immediately broke when I put outward pressure in them. I took a picture of the broken tab and responded to their customer service email and they stopped responding to emails. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Such a shame for them to be exploiting “being first responder created” but have the quality and customer service of a company based in the third world.

First try and it works amazing. Expensive but works far better than bristles. No effort needed to scrub. Just a couple passes and it’s clean.

Cleans very well and easy to use. Recommended.

Works really well cleaning grill but they have to do something about removing the pad, actually broke it trying to get it off to remove the plastic underneath then macgyverd it back on, will get the replacement pad when this one is done because it works so good

Works as promised and I'm very happy with the product. I will continue to use and purchas this going forward

Make sure to wear oven / BBQ mitts as the steam is intense… this product works beautifully!! No chemicals… just water/steam!
