I’m a tough customer. A farmer. I have to be outside most of the day, but for record keeping and research I spend many short periods inside when I need my readers for everything that I do there. The glasses boast non scratch, I thought, yeah, sure! But so far, they absolutely are! They are large frames, not skimpy for a man’s head. They’re comfortable, and if they prove to be durable they will get a further review in a few months. All other budget priced readers I’ve bought are scratched within a week of use because I have them on and off a hundred times a week. They usually are shop worn after only one week. These, so far are clear to see through, unscratched, and work smoothly. I will let you know about the overall quality in a couple of months.

I found these to be light and comfortable with great lens clarity. (When I say light, I mean light for glasses with plastic lenses. Polycarbonate lenses are much lighter, so if you are used to that, then these may not seem light weight to you.) I am rating them 3 stars because I found them to be unusable. They have a very noticeable amber tint to them. When I see "blue blocking" lenses, I'm thinking UV blocking, and not filtering out the actual color blue. However it was most noticable with white. Where these glasses makes the brightest white look like dull amber to me. I wear readers all day and can't tolerate such muted colors, so will be returning these sets. I've owned dozens of reading glasses over the years and none of ones I've owned have altered color to the extent that these do.

These glasses are very nice for reading and computer use. They are very comfortable and look high quality.
