Are these actually good for sandals?

Some say they are good for sandals. I however, threw mine out. I found them to be uncomfortable for my feet, your mileage may vary.

How do you restick them?

Mine didn’t stick really, in fact one just fell off when I opened it, I returned it. Normally this is something you would put in a shoe and want to stay I believe not to be resticking them. Problem with them not being sticky enough to stay put, it would be swimming in your shoe with every step. Anyway it wasn’t for me.. maybe it would work for you if you want removable..
