Plenty of power with the right air compressor.
Hooked this up to a swag chamfering table on a foot pedal. Works great Fast delivery. Great to do business with.

Worked great on 1 hole. Then locked up on the 2nd
At first I was really impressed with how well it worked and how quickly it chamfered the ID of the hole. Flip the part over to do the other side and the tool locked up. Tried to see if there was something binding inside but didn't see anything. I can manually turn it, but there seems to be resistance. Junk...

Works as advertised
I read the reviews both positive and negative. Seems to work as advertised for me. Make sure you are not supplying more than 6 bar (about 90 psi) to the tool, use a regulator to be sure, it mentions that in the instructions that nobody usually reads. Also knowing what I do about metal working, I feel like some folks may be using the tool far too aggressively causing the damage I've seen described. So far I've had satisfactory results on mild steel and aluminum. My personal opinion is that I would avoid stainless steel or hardened steel. I will update this review if anything changes in my opinion.

Barely last 1 hour
I like that it would chamfer edges… supposedly. I didn’t like that it didn’t last very long. The carbide inserts keep breaking. No matter the air pressure or the rotational speed. The ball bearing guide at the tip broke off. I don’t think it’s worth your money. Just my honest 2 cents

I use this daily and love it. Doug's Welding & Fabrication Recommended ! From a guy who has every tool known to man, this is a good buy and worthy of having in your shop. I would not recommend, if I wasn't thoroughly happy with my purchase and use of the tool. This one is Highly Recommended !

The replacement bearings are smaller than the origional, will have to see how this affects it

Worked for a few minutes
I read both great reviews and bad reviews so I rolled the dice. Unfortunately mine also worked for a minute or 2 then somehow got jammed up and would not work. Off to find a better one, wish me luck!
