These are a great produce for the value. They really help for almost immediate relief

Product is really good, no problems. Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is rare, but no joke if you have this autoimmune condition. Since these block H2 histamine receptors, they seem to reduce the havoc wrought by excess histamine in the gut. My histamine responses are seriously dialed down with famotidine. It has been a big relief. Ranitodine works as well, but is off the market right now. I am not sure how well cimetidine (Tagamet) works, but chemically it is pretty similar. Proton pump ulcer medicines don't work for MCAS.

We were happy to find a medication made in the USA. However, we were very disappointed to notice on the bottles that these are best used by January 2026. That’s not a very long time considering we purchased 250 pills. We’d expect a longer shelf life!

I actually bought these for my dog who has IBD. They are small, easy to still into his food, and this was a great value. And he has no reflux when he takes them.

Occasionally I can be a glutton, eating far more than I should. (I blame that on my wife's good cooking!) When I do, I will inevitably suffer from acid reflux. Even though they recommend taking this antacid before eating, it has also been somewhat effective for me after the fact. Usually, I try to behave and not over eat. However, from past experience, I have found it much more effective to be pro-active and take one before a feast, especially when it is on a holiday or special occasion.

This order came very fast. It came as advertised. 250 Tabs as listed. I have been taking famotidine for awhile and it is effective for me. This was so much cheaper than I have bought before with twice the amount. Getting ready to get my second order. This company is great. Took me almost a year to use my first 250. If you have priced these lately at another place. You know it's a good buy here. I take them as needed and they work well that way for me.

Excellent stomach acid reducer. Normally I take one every night. If I over eat, I take two. No more waking up in the middle of the night with a throat full of bile. Recently, some yahoo announced famotidine fights Covid-19, so the price went through the roof and you couldn't find it anywhere. I'd like to shake him and say "Idiot! It fights acid, not viruses!" That's like saying 'wearing blue pants makes the trains run on time.' If you use it to fight stomach acid, you'll be pleased. Otherwise, wear blue pants.

Works well. If I feel heartburn coming, or take meds that might give me heartburn this ends it. I have used multiple other meds, including the strongest tums and multiple OTC meds, this is hands down the best. Great price, 2 bottles and tons of pills.
