As it says it connects to Mitsubishi brand PLC using a USB port on your computer. I had a couple Mitsubishi PLC controllers I needed to connect to and make a couple changes and backup. Works as expected, seems to be a decent value for the cost.

Cable worked fine, used it to connect a laptop to a PLC. HOWEVER, I put the driver disc in a desktop computer to copy it to a thumb drive in case the laptop needed it. The disc infected the desktop with 13 viruses according to the IT department.
