Easy wire if following instructions on plug
Can now switch units on and off when plugged into extension lead

Sightly fiddly to wire-up but very handy for unswitched sockets.
A little fiddly and unconventional to wire up but if you make sure all of your connections are sound it should work great.

Excellent, easy to fit, works well.

Badly designed, fails.
Wire it up, not as easy as it should be, particularly the live wire. All ok for a few days then the switch stops working, the plug stays on all the time. I open it up and see the 'lever' in the top that rocks the switch in the base is disconnected, reset it to the right position and the switch works again, for one day.

Follow wiring instructions
Just what I needed for an appliance with no off switch. Easy to wire if you follow the instructions on the plug. If you cut the wires to the recommended lengths you will have no problems.
