How do I remove colored watch cover???

No tools needed. You can just use your fingernails to gently pry off the watch cover tabs from the bottom side of the watch and lift it off. The plastic tabs are firm but soft.

How are you supposed to use the guide stickers that come with it? They aren't shown in the installation video.

you don't really have to you can just hold the edges and place but the tabs are so you don't get fingerprints hold them and place
