Beautiful puzzle
Beautiful puzzle but sad it was shipped without a box for protection, also the delivery guy just placed it out on the sidewalk in front of my house. Thankfully it didn’t rain or the puzzle would have been ruined

Great puzzle. Hours of fun
Another fantastic puzzle by Ravensburger. The items is complete and gave many hours of joy! Pieces fit all together and the print is immaculate. Puzzles this large are never easy but it wasn't too hard.

Great product, HORRIBLE PACKING AND DELIVERY
Ordered 2 puzzles. The product looks complete. Now, Amazon did a horrible job of packing the boxes with sufficient packing, bubble wrap etc. Both boxes were damaged, and open. AMAZON; TAKE A LITTLE PRIDE AND CARE WITH THE PACKING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR MERCHANDISE!

Fantasy street nice!
Nice picture. Haven't put together yet. I bought after watching other puzzle it.

High quality fun puzzle!
There are so many smaller detailed parts of this puzzle that make it easier to organize and assemble. I used my puzzle trays and paper plates to separate the large number of pieces into manageable sections. I also used a smaller portable table to park unsorted pieces. The puzzle was a half-inch wider than my dining room table so I taped several pieces of letter-sized card stock end-to-end to lay under one edge of the puzzle to create some extra width. It was so much fun to see the progress each day!

Missing pieces and several pieces were alike.
Ravensburger quality has gone by the wayside. The last three puzzles I bought had missing pieces, 3000 piece missed 9 pieces, 5000 piece also missed 9 pieces and this puzzle (5000 piece) missing 3 pieces. Very disappointing to spend $100+ on a puzzle that is missing pieces. Also, Ravensburger claims that no two pieces are alike when in fact this puzzle had several pieces that were identical and easy to place in wrong spot. This puzzle was challenging and would have given it 5 stars except for the above.

Some pieces were not cut all the way through. Several pieces had the image ripped off the front of the tabs. And there was a piece missing. Pretty certain we didn't lose it. Pretty disappointed.
