Q: Does this have the 2nd slack line to walk/balance on? I ordered it last night because the pics show the 2nd line but I didn’t see it in the video.

Just got ours. Very disappointed that the second slack line is half size. It is not the se thickness as the primary line.

Q: Any kind of warranty or parts available for purchase? Our ladder cut through the main line in less than 2 months. Now it’s literally garbage…
