Plantar fasciitis on very high arches here. Lately, been spending the first few minutes of my day, every day, limping around. Also occurs after sitting for a while. First use of this thing, I could hear and feel popping all over both of my feet. Had to've been tightness being loosened and scar tissue being broken up. Following a couple minutes of light rolling per foot, a tingling sensation stuck around, but this is normal as per the instructions. Immediately following use, no limping and a very large positive difference in pain levels, so it really does work for getting your feet stretched out properly. Looking forward to using it more. Not often you feel an immediate difference with something, but with this you will. Past that, it seems a quality piece and definitely worth the reasonable (less than $10) cost.

Nice sturdy construction with a pleasing texture. Great of massaging bottom of feet, getting into arches, and under the toes. Just wide enough for my feet (US M12, standard width).

I have suffered on and off with plantar fasciitis for years. I have taken meds, paid for orthodics, gotten shots in my heels, purchased new boots too often, even replaced my insoles every 6 months, all of that made little to no difference and cost sheet tons of money. My doctor told me to stretch my arch by rolling a ball or can, and to not let my foot touch the floor in the morning before stretching or in a supportive shoe. Of course I'm stubborn and thought it was wives tale BS that stretching would make a difference. Well after all else failed and many years of stupidly self inflicted agony, I broke down and spent $10 on this simple roller. I started stretching my arch by sitting on the side of the bed first thing in the morning and putting slight pressure on the roller over my arches about 20 times back and forth on each foot. It takes about 3 whole minutes a morning. Then I put on my house shoes and walk through my morning routine. Well I'm here to tell you, I was a fool for thinking this simple roller and that simple short technique not change everything. I'm astounded at how effective this roller is. This one is made of quality plastic material and has enough texture to assist with rolling the foot and massaging the arch. It rolls straight and it doesn't seem to walk side to side uncontrollably which I can imagine how a lessor design might do, and that could be frustrating to use. This is easy to use, takes very little time and is far more effective than other methods. If you suffer from a similar problem, get this and do that. You won't regret it at all.

I have no idea why I waited so long to purchase one of these. My feet always feel so tight in the morning and this has made such an improvement on the soreness and tightness with just a few minutes every day. It is lightweight and small so I am able to keep it in my nightstand!

Very small and so far durable product. It will make your foot numb for the first few times which it’s stated due to the acupressure points. I use this roller after my long days at work and it helps a lot. I actually enjoy the feeling it gives after. Why three stars? It’s not the easiest to use. A lot of the time the roller will go sideways even when I add a little more pressure for steadiness. It’s hard material, so perhaps not for everyone. I personally enjoy it as previously stated. But I can see this product causing pain to others instead of relieving it. Keep in mind your sensitivity. It’s almost like when your feet and legs hurt a lot after walking over bumpy/rocky paths. In general just know it could feel a bit rough to some. Other than that, I’d say go for it. It has return window in case you’re not satisfied. It’s helped me after hard work days and for that I am grateful.

I'll never use a tennis ball again. This is the nicest roller I've ever used for plantar fasciitis. I used the golf ball (horrible) then the tennis ball (nicer than the golf ball) but this roller wins hands down. When you're suffering from a flare up it's no fun but this stays in place unlike a ball that tends to easily roll away from you as you're cussing from the pain and now having to try and retrieve your ball. You can relax in your chair and apply light pressure then work up to eye crossing pressure, as hard as you can stand. The rubber nodules are a nice touch, they're great for breaking up the scar tissue and loosening up that pesky tendon that causes you so much pain, limping and sometimes need for a cane. I'll use it as needed throughout the day depending upon what I'm doing. Sometimes I'll go a week without using it. Then I have to do yard work or walk at a park then I'm looking forward to coming home and crossing my eyes using this little roller. It hurts when you really dig in but that's what my doctor said that tendon needs and he's right, it always helps. I can always stand and walk better after using this little thing.
