This is a cozy recliner with a storage box and four cup holders. It has three reclining positions--TV, snooze, and drool. Honestly, In the last two positions, all the weight is taken off your lower back and it feels wonderful! The third position, which I like to call drool because that is what happens when I'm in it, is good for sleeping. Snooze works pretty well for napping too, especially if you are "watching" the appropriate TV show. We got it with heat and massage. The heat feature feels great on the lower back, but the massage if like a bunch of buzzing bees. Nothing like the massage chairs you find at nail salons. You have to be able to plug the recliner into an electrical outlet because even the recline feature requires electricity. I was in snooze once when the electricity went off. I could barely get out of the chair because my legs were raised up and it wouldn't go down! The recliner comes in two boxes and you have to put it together unless you pay another $100 for someone else to do it. It goes together reasonably well, but it is DIY, so there are some gaps between sections that you would not have if you bought a fully-assembled piece. Also in the back, the skirt needs to be about 6 inches longer to cover up the wires and hardware for plugging in the chair. I am going to add an extra piece of fabric (someday) to hide all that since the way we have the furniture arranged, that messy bit is very visible. This is a comfortable chair that will hopefully last 5-10 years, which is fine for our needs. You might think twice if you are looking for something more permanent.

You get what you pay for. This is affordable and looks good while being easy to put together. If you're 6'2'' like me you won't find it very comfortable. The end of the foot rest is very hard and hurts my feet or ankles because my feet hang off. Should recline a little more also.

Material is soft, couch provides just enough support for my old aching back. Yeah, it vibrates... not massage. It's not a shiatsu machine. If you want massage u need to spend a couple hundred extra. This couch is perfect for me and my husband. We love it! (Does require some assembly. Nuts and bolts included)

We love it we can sit side-by-side and watch TV have cupholders and a storage thing in the middle. Love it love it.

best recliner we have have ever purchased. Early yet only two weeks in to using it. here we are a year later July 2024. they were excellent to work with when we had electrical issues. sent us seats and cushions until it worked. I have no problem recommending them for customer service as well as their product
