I didn't care for the fact that I had to stick my finger to draw blood, but in the end, it was not a big deal and I figured it out. The directions are clear, but read them all in advance and be prepared to do everything when you first wake up in the morning. I had zero issues mailing and receiving my results in a timely manner! This test helped me to determine my next steps.

Although the price was high when I purchased my tests I am impressed with the quick results. These tests can help you to understand your body a lot better and why it reacts like it does. My results were something I could share with my doctor. I highly recommend these tests but shop around for specials.

From order placement to results it only took 2 weeks! Easy to follow instructions and I got my results quickly. I would like to follow up with a primary care dr to compare lab results to test the accuracy but it’s a good start if you’re looking for direction

I can't say how the product overall is only that the sample collection is easy and straight forward. After I sent the samples I got an email a few days later saying I need to verify my address, I did. Then the response was that we don't ship to PR so we can't accept samples Giving money back minus shipping. Asked I could understand not shipping to PR but why not receiving if its already sent and processed. No response only to give amazon order number. Sent money back minus tax. The agent was responding as if it was an AI, ignoring my question going forward with the cancellation. Customer service for them is horrible, looking forward to better alternatives. than this company.

Initial review is below. Updated from one star to three. Customer service has responded to my report and is offering to replace the obsolete test kit that was shipped to me by Amazon. I will come back for a final review after I receive a good kit and get my results. ------- Initial Review ---- I would have waited before posting a negative review, but the Everlywell website uses a UI that looks like it should be a chat system, so it sets an expectation for a quick response. Instead, all it does is say "Your request has been submitted." It took my email address, but it did not send me an email confirming that my request was submitted. That's bad design. Bad customer service. Maybe they will contact me. Maybe they won't. I'm left with absolutely no clue. The issue is that registering my test kit using the QR code first brought up a message saying that this kit could no longer be processed by the lab. The expiration date on the box is over a year away. And then on a retry of registration, it said that the kit had already been registered. If they resolve this, then I'll come back and change my assessment.

I would use this brand again. Easy to use, great instructions & I got my results back in about a week
