This is a great product.
I also purchased the large pillowcase to go over the King Neck Pillow. I no longer have pain in my shoulders, due to the shape of the pillowcase. However, it will take more time to center my sweet spot so that new minor pain behind my neck slowly goes away. I still love it!

Zipper broke because of too much pressure.
The pillow case is way too small...upon trying to zip it shut as I was halfway zipper and the zipper separated and then came completely apart and not able to be repaired. I need reimbursement for this or replacement.

The pillow case did not fit properly. Tried to send back , would not take back. Was still in original packing. I did get some quality sleep when I used the pillow

Poorly made pillowcases
The pillowcas is defective as it completely came apart at the zipper within the first 30 days so I called the manufacturer. They said they don't honor their warranty if it was sold through Amazon and I would have to go through Amazon. Well of course by the time I called Amazon, it was a couple of days past the 30 day return window so this pillowcase is completely poorly manufactured although I must say I love the pillow. The pillowcase is worthless based on my experience.

Highly beneficial and luxurious pillow. Eliminated my neck pain and shoulder pains and reduced my lower back pains. More peaceful nights sleep that I don’t want get up. Useful as a cushion too and as neck support when I am doing exercises. Amazingly health benefits.
