How much protein is in each scoop, and what's the macro breakdown?

Each scoop delivers 25g of 100% micro-filtered whey protein isolate, with 0g fat, 2g total carbs, 1g sugar, and 110 calories. Grass-fed and low-carb.

What's in it, and does it contain milk or other allergens?

Ingredients are whey protein isolate, natural flavors, salt, a gum blend (guar gum, gum acacia, xanthan gum), cinnamon bark powder, and sucralose. Contains milk. No proprietary blends, just a clean, simple list.

Is this whey isolate easier to digest than regular whey protein?

Yes, the micro-filtration process removes most of the lactose and fat, which is generally easier on digestion than standard whey concentrate. Individual tolerance still varies.

How do I mix it and when should I drink it?

Mix one scoop with 8 to 12 oz of cold water or milk. Best consumed post-workout for recovery, though it works anytime you need to hit your daily protein target.

Who should not use this product?

For healthy adults only, not recommended for anyone under 18, pregnant, or nursing. Check with a doctor first if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Not vegan or dairy-free, since it's made from cow's milk.
