Love these.
I love this brand of mouthwash! They’re perfect for both at home and travel, and the individual packets make it super easy to stay consistent. I try to oil pull a couple of times a week, and I’ve really noticed a difference in my oral care. Such a convenient and effective addition to my routine!

Good for Mouth Health
I bought this because I read somewhere it was good for helping sensitive teeth. It has helped lessen some of my sensitivity. I’m not a huge fan of coconut, so I was worried about the taste, but it really isn’t bad! It’s more minty than coconut-y. The directions tell you exactly what to do, so it’s really easy to use. I wish the bottle was bigger, however. If you use it as indicated, you’d probably run out in 2 weeks, so one downside would be the value for the money. Overall it isn’t bad, but I’d be interested in finding something that offered more product for a similar price point.
