Sucralose itself IS keto friendly, however chicaboo is wrong. Splenda brand sweetener is NOT keto friendly. Splenda brand contains dextrose and maltodextrin, along with sucralose. Maltodextrin actually has a higher glycemic index than sugar. The easiest to find major brand of sweetener that's keto friendly is Truvia. Personally, I use these for more than just coffees and teas.

Everything in these syrups is keto friendly, provided you don't mind artificial sweeteners. Some people on keto refuse to use them and others embrace them wholeheartedly. (And then there are a few unlucky people who have an insulin response to just the smell of something sweet.)
