It works for massage, but I really like it for lying on my side and watching TV because I can still hear in both ears. Good purchase

I use this with a cooling pillow underneath so it doesn’t get too hot. It allows me to lie comfortably face-down on my front. Very reasonably priced when compared with bulkier pillows too.

I brought this for my massage clients to have on the table but I think it’s more designed for someone seating. My clients neck position was too high laying face down with this pillow.
