Love these stainless steel replacement grill grates. Much thicker than I expected, excellent quality. Fit perfectly and much easier to clean than the porcelain ones I replaced. Great value for the money. I would definitely recommend.

First and foremost, owners of the Spirit E-310 gas grill may rest assured that this set fits perfectly, with its overall dimensions of 23.75 x 17.5 inches. I believe the far more expensive genuine OEM grates are porcelain-coated while these are plain cast iron, but should still serve nicely. As instructed elsewhere online, new cast iron grates should be "seasoned" by washing, coating with oil, then held at 400F for 30-60 minutes. The removable circle in center is apparently intended for a wok accessory, which I do not have, but since the grates match up well with the rectangular sections, I can see no problem with it.

I ordered these grates because I wanted to be able to use my wok properly. With only having an electric stove, I was never able to properly season my wok or use it to it's highest potential. These grates are heavy duty. They're made from 1/4" stainless steel rods and nice and heavy. I don't expect to use them except when I want stir fry, but I have no doubt they'd be perfect for all other types of grilling. The hole in the grates is the perfect size. It allows my wok to sit nice and low near the flames. I would completely recommend for anyone that does not have a gas stove but would like to get a more authentic wok experience.

I actually bought this for campfire cooking. The way it is put together, it doesn't "hold" itself together unless it's in a grill that it's made for. This is not a problem for me as I have some rebar rests for it, but it does make things more challenging as far as setup goes. However, this thing is so well made -- very thick steel, super strong, and I think it will last for many years of cooking!
