Tech Armor Ballistic Tempered Glass Screen Protector Designed for Apple NEW iPhone SE 3 (2022), SE 2 (2020), iPhone 8, 7 (4.7 Inch) 3 Pack

This is my first Amazon review and I'm writing this in hopes someone can point to the cause of my problems, or has a solution, since I really like this hard plastic protector and was satisfied with their hassle-free replacement warranty. I've been using the TA Ballistic Glass protector on my iPhone 6 for about 3 months now, and have had to replace it twice. I'm currently on my 3rd protector. My phone does not receive abuse and is carried around daily in an otherwise empty front pants pocket. TA's customer support and lifetime replacement warranty is great. I received a response within a few days, and replacements arrived in approximately 2 weeks both times. While this is great, it is an inconvenience to do this so often. Another thing I should mention about this protector is that it does noticeably reduce the sensitivity of the touchscreen. The first one had small chips appear on the top, bottom-right, and bottom-left edges after a few weeks. So I thought maybe the screen took some impact, but I had no memory of this happening. Anyhow, contacted TA and they sent me a replacement, 'hassle-free'. With this second protector, small chips appeared a few days after installation. I was careful to make sure the phone did not encounter any impact. This time they appeared on the top-left, and right edges. I wasn't very happy to see this happen again, but I did not want to go through the hassle of obtaining another replacement so I decided to just live with the chips. A few days later, the chip on the right edge developed into a crack running across the middle of the entire protector. I contacted TA again and they sent me a third replacement, also hassle-free. This time the representative suggested that I review the installation instructions and tips. I would say the installation is very simple and I'm not sure how I could have done a better job. My installation had no bubbles or dust, and alignment has been near perfect judging by equally spaced gaps between speaker and edges of speaker cutout, home button and home button cutout, and edges of screen protector to edges of phone. So, I don't believe I installed it incorrectly. Fitment is good, and even though the edges do seem to be slightly 'lifted' since the phone has a curved screen, I did not have any issues with peeling or dust collecting under. Well, I'll have to see how it holds up. If chips start appearing again after a few days, I will probably just give up on it and try another brand or go back to a film protector. I do like this hard plastic, but I'm not sure it's worth the trouble. My bottom-line opinion is that this is a good screen protector for the price, and customer service honors their replacement warranty so you don't need to worry about getting it replaced. But, I'm not entirely happy with how fragile the protector seems to be. When I first decided on this protector, I thought it would allow me to use my phone more carelessly, but now I feel as if I have to protect the screen protector and am overly cautious with handling my phone. I really hope I can update this and give a higher rating if it holds up this time. It would be a shame for a company to have such great customer support and warranty policy, but a poorly manufactured product. UPDATE 5/5/15 (2 months later): Upped rating from 3-stars to 5-stars. The last replacement I received has held up well. No chipping at all and I'm using it the same way as before. I'm led to believe the first 2 may have been a bad batch(???). At the end of the day, I'm happy with my purchase and am assured that Tech Armor is there to help. Pros: Easy install, excellent customer support and warranty, great price Cons: Noticeable reduction in touchscreen sensitivity, screen needs frequent cleaning/wiping of fingerprints and smears.

I bought this screen protector because after looking for a while, all I could get / find were cheap and unclear qualities. Please note that I bought this a month after the iPhone 6 came out so I have had a great amount of time using this screen protector. While shopping around for screen protectors, I first chose a plastic one because of its thinness. I had such a bad experience especially with the two "top brand and top rated ones" on Amazon at the time. I regret buying it and immediately RMA it with Amazon. Immediately after, I looked around for better options but eventually decided to try out glass. I was not expecting much as I felt like the protector was going to be pretty thick but it ended up just being a little thinner than my case, which was great since it fit with my case. Pro: - Ultra clear - Really Durable - Easy to install, no bubbles, easy to align as the screen is not as flexible as plastic protectors Con: - Does not fully cover the screen (there is nothing any glass screen protector company can do about this) Overall Impressions: (Skip to the last paragraph if you do not want to listen to my rant, I do not usually rant but this is a great product) I absolutely love this screen protector. I have yet to crack the screen protector. My friend who bought a decent screen protector which had far more reviews then this, and had better reviews, envy and lust for my screen protector. She said that my screen protector is extremely clear, which I agree with and wow-ed me when I first installed it. In addition, the customer service was phenomenal. Since I ordered this screen protector before their updated one came out, I contacted them a week or two after their new one came out via email and asked them if they could send me a new one, they did. They sent me one and I received it within a week, and best of all, free of charge. I would consider myself having OCD, if something is not perfect or close to my expectations, I would be extremely unsatisfied and in some cases, I would return the item. In this case, the screen protector was way above par and met all my expectations that it will make me forever a Tech Armor fan. If you are worried about the price, do not fear because I had the same thoughts, but eventually, I realized that this investment was definitely worth it.

gran calidad tiene este protector para los que dicen que no cubre toda la pantalla es por los bordes redondeados y el pulido de todo el cristal alrededor no se siente como si estubiera encimado un vidro cualquiera se siente muy suave y no chocas con el en sus bordes y es para poder dejar espacio para poner un protector que toman un poco del borde de las pantallas por sentido comun deberian saberlo hay un vidrio de que si cubre toda la pantalla y es cuando optas por no usar un protector para la carcasa,ademas no deja residuos de grasa como los demas, que oviamente los protectores comunes no tienen el que llego tenia un pequeño desperfecto casi imperceptible enima de la pantalla pero nada que se note sin lupa , cuiden mas ese aspecto ,viene con todo lo necesario para ponerla y evitar burbujas, muy facil de colocar su precio es de lo mejor venden por muchos lugares este tipo de protecciones pero de una malisima calidad y caros encima de todo,recomendado :)

At $8.76 with one day delivery, not only was it the cheapest 3 pack at the time but also well equipped with an installation frame & good cleaning kit. As others have mentioned, the frame isn't the best fitting one for a SE but if you push both the top and bottom down at once it's snug enough to apply the screen protector, and way better than aligning it manually. You do need to have patience to make sure the screen is 100% free of any specks of dust as just one tiny one can create an air bubble you can't squeeze out. It's easy to do this under a strong light, so you can see dust easily against the reflection and the provided 4 sets (1 large square, and 1 smaller strip each) of stickers are great at removing dust. Then when you apply the screen protector, start at one end (such as the top) and squeeze out the air from side to side as you put the protector down towards the home button and this leaves no air bubbles at all if your screen is dust free. You need to make sure you are pushing the air from the centre to the edge, obviously you will have air bubbles if you do it the other way. It's very easy and repeatable if you put in some patience, the preparation to remove dust and an appropriate technique to make sure you have no air bubbles. You can see in the photos that both installs are flawless, free of any dust/hair and air bubbles. But you can not just rush & throw it down assuming you have a "dust-free environment" like some negative reviews have complained about when they have just wiped it down. Just because it looked clean under natural light does not mean it's free of dust, especially close up under lights.

I love this screen protector! I will briefly explain my 5* experience... I ordered 2 of these, one for my phone and one for my wife's. Like others here, I received 2 iPhone 6 plus protectors (the wrong size). I opened the chat and told customer service the problem, they apologized and without question, over-nighted us 2 new ones in the correct size. The next day we got the package, 2 new protectors in the correct size and ready for install. After reading some reviews, I had expectations that the fit would be atrocious and I wasn't going to be thrilled - I was mistaken. I was blown away with the quality! The package inserts made installation a breeze, and using the touch screen is a pleasure. It feels as though there is no protector at all, and the finger smears are greatly reduced! As for the fit, i find it to be perfect! I use it in conjunction with a speck candyshell case, which fits extremely snug. If the protector were any larger, my case wouldn't fit. Everything that needs to be protected, is. Finally, following the flawless install on my phone, I installed my wife's. When I laid down the protector for the first time, unlike mine, a fleck of dust had gotten underneath. When i lifted the protector to slide a piece of dust-tape unerneath to snatch it, the corner of the protector chipped (~1 mm in the upper left corner). I emailed Tech Armor's support line about the problem and they returned my message within hours. The next day they told me they had shipped out a replacement - free of charge! Talk about outstanding customer service! Absolutely, without question worth the money. This is a great product with excellent customer service!

The glass is awesome. Shipping was faster than expected too. I was trying to find a reliable ballistic glass for my iPhone 6, had searched for a good product all over the net. I knew about tech armor before too, but thought i would fineld something better. I was proved wrong, and fortunately bought this one. With excellent quality, the best protection available, and LIFETIME WARRANTY. what else does one want?? Am very happy with it. Easy installation. Good clarity.
