Q: Can I use it on polycarbonate roof

Sorry no experience of use other than on flat bitumen roof, excellent in that application. I think it may be difficult to use on a sloping surface, its very fluid to seal up gaps in the roof, and if applied may block out light.

Q: How often does this paint need to be reapplied? (e.g. 5 years?)

Because my husband is a workaholic he tries to repaint the bay roof with this paint every year, however, I'm sure every 3 years would be enough, just look at whatever you've painted and if it looks to be losing the silver, redo it. It's a thick paint and you really need to stir thoroughly before applying.

Q: Is this suitable for a flat rubber roof to reduce surface heat?

We used it on a bitchumen roof and it works on that. I don't know about Rubber

Q: Would this be suitable for a fibreglass flat roof?

Not sure but worked well On our f!at roof needing revampimg
