It can't force charge discharged battery
When a LiFePO4 battery is deeply discharged, the Battery Management System (BMS) protects the cells by disconnecting them, resulting in a battery voltage below 1V. Unfortunately, this charger only works with batteries at 12V or higher and cannot charge a perfectly functional LiFePO4 battery in BMS-protected mode. A critical feature—forced charging for deeply discharged 12V batteries—is missing. As a result, this charger cannot recharge a deeply discharged LiFePO4 battery directly. Instead, you’ll need to "wake up" the battery by using an external 12V power source or temporarily connecting both the discharged battery and a running 12V source to trigger the charger to start. This extra step is inconvenient and detracts from the user experience.

Junk, says batteries sitting at 10volts are full, will only charge severely drained batteries and will kick off at too low of voltage 10.5-11 to actually revive. Bought another mastercraft for double the price but at least charges at 14volts

It is ripp off cheap material that is not working it just peeps nothing works. it is just frustrating. I'm disappointed at Amazon. If I could give zero- they have wasted my time and my money 💰
