It’s the first time I’ve ever needed one, and I didn’t quite know how (un)comfortable it was. It does take some getting used to but it’s working out.

This is a good support. only two problems. It need sto have velcro on the under flap so it does not slide from the top flap on the belt. Las need to improve the sticking of the pressure strap

The belt overall is ok but the problem with it is that the strap that goes from the pad to the back between the legs is too weak. Due to this, the support on the lower part of the pad is not good, only on the top part. If they can improve this, it would be a great belt.

A lifesaver. Sure helps with the pain while I await hernia surgery. It does fit under jeans/slacks, but there is a definite protrusion. The solution is to not tuck your shirt in. Be mindful of the sizing … measure as instructed.

Medium fits max 32 waist, what a relief, it works. Is it uncomfortable? Yes, but it is worth the strap being uncomfortable for the relief of the pain.
