It works like a charm
This stuff works. I did have some cramping but after this week I lost 20 lbs of just stool. You do feel a little sluggish while you take it but afterwards I lost 20 lbs of stool and it is really good to do once a year to get your gut back to normal.

Disappointed with 7 Day Cleanser - not recommended
I recently tried the 7-day cleanser, hoping for a quick and effective solution to feeling bloated and heavy. Unfortunately, my experience with this product was far from satisfactory. On the first day, I experienced only a small amount of loose bowels, and for the remaining six days, there was no noticeable effect. The pills were uncomfortable to take, and I did not experience any reduction in water weight as claimed. Overall, I feel misled by the product's promises and would not recommend it to others.
