Great product instant hot water

heats up to one hour then heat turns off . Comes back on restating by turning off hot water.
Been using for over a year . Nice if it was only on the shower. You can set the heat to perfect temperature but I found out when you set its temperature high so you have to blind with cold water like doing dishes and showering it sometimes turned off leaving you with just the cold water wile in the shower. Making it where the shower was interrupted by turning all the water off to reset the heater. Restarting the shower to finish business.

This has worked well in a rental house I have. Been running it a couple years.

Junk
Yes we bought the unit in 2024 it is now 3\2026 and it is no longer heating water. It is not a good choice for the reasons no warranty, no service department china junk .

Frustrated
I’m going to try and save you some possible frustrations. First of all make very very sure your water pressure is adequate to activate the heater, if you don’t you will be buying a pump. Second of all you waste a lot of water waiting for the water to heat and reach the tap. The heater shuts off every time you turn the tap off. Which means every time you turn it on you wait and you have to leave the water running.

We had to replace our old tankless, and this one is perfect! It's definitely worth every penny!

Need a bit more fluctuation
Can't adjust the temperature in the shower as it was too hot, so we had to lower the temperature. But that makes it not too hot in the kitchen for washing dishes. It takes a bit to get to the kitchen and the washer with cold sandwiches. It is a decent water heater but looking for something that we can set at a higher temp and then turn cold on when we need to tone it down a bit.

It was so easy !!!!!
Absolutely having hot water on demand.. easy setup and assembly.. the only thing we needed to get extra was 3 pieces of conversion pieces.. from our old fittings into the new unit.. other than that easy peasy!

SOLO PARA EVITAR FALLAS DE PRESENTACIÓN ES NECESARIO INSTALAR UNA BOMBA LO USE SIN LA BOMBA U FUNCIONA PERFECTO SOLO QUE SI ABRES LLAVES PIERDE PRESIÓN POR ESO INSTALE UNA BOMBA Y ME ENCATA SU TIMER PARA AHORRAR ENERGÍA Y SU BOTÓN DE APAGADO ASÍ EVITAS QUE SE ESTÉ ENCIENDO HA CADA RATO CUANDO LOS NIÑOS SE EQUIVOCAN DE LLAVE
