Great potential!
Due to dodgy joints, had to cast out the dumbells, kettlebell etc. But, I would still like to train. Spotted this, and it piqued my interest. So, after three weeks, I am certainly pleased with my progress. toning up very nicely. There is also a very good tutorial on the Bullworker website. very portable, also, love it!

It takes a couple of weeks if used daily to see strength 💪 and definition in your arms and also a stronger pincer grip.

Fà veramente lavorare muscoli che non sapevamo neanche di avere....lo consiglio a chi, come me, non ha voglia di andare in palestra per tenersi in forma. Aiuta molto nella definizione.
