Q: Can the battery pack be changed out?

The battery pack of Array 2 Pro is non-removable.

Q: Is there a way to deactivate the motion sensor?

The wave function can not be turned off. A small piece of black electrical tape placed over the sensor should take care of the light changing when you don't want it to.

Q: Can you run this unit off a power bank in the meantime?

If the output specification of power bank is same as the power adapter, then it can be used.
