Drawn by comics legend Reed Crandall who also drew for E C Comics. Told in their inimitable Classics Illustrated tradition which has made their comic adaptations popular with educators as well as students and readers of all ages. Faithful to the source novel. The series provides a great introduction to classic literary works and this is one of their best. As usual the goal of the publishers is to encourage young readers to go on and read the original works of literature. Most of this series also include informative essays or biographies of the author as well as questions for classroom study. One of their best.

Thurday, April 18, 2019 I received the book, "The Hunchback of Notre Dame" today, April 18, 2019. Thank you very much for it. I was already looking forward to get it since Monday, the day of the actual fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, France. Now I will keep it besides reading it to have reminders of the actual fire at Notre Dame.

Very good value and a good read for teens and children who want to read the Classic books but do not read the books.

Everything was beatiful with this classic illustrated senior comic.
