Will it grindchicken bones?

Lem approves the use of their #12 Big Bite grinder for chicken bones, and it will not void the warranty. Obviously the 22 and 32 can also do chicken bones. I own a 12 Big Bite and grind chicken bones, and rabbit bones with it. It will also do turkey bones but you must first cleaver chop into smaller pieces. I make my own dog and cat food with my #12 Big Bite.

What is the diameter of the feed hole where you put the meat in?

Depends on how well date night went, number of glasses of wine, amount of effort devoted to foreplay, etc. etc., but 2 inches roughly, big enough.

I'll be grinding 10lbs of frozen chicken breast every week. no bones or any other meats. which model should i get? is #32 overkill?

Any of our Big Bite Grinders could handle 10 lbs a week. If this is a year round endeavor for you then we'd suggest #12 or larger. Typically you also only want the meat partially frozen, not completely frozen.
