I use a small amount and keep it in the fridge once open - not sure how long it will keep as it doesn’t say on the bottle

authenticity lovely. just used in an orange & poppy seed cake. 30ml was enough to change it from madeira to orange blossom cake with lots of praise.

Exquisite orange blossom
Used this to make orange blossom cake and I must say it had an exceptional quality, light, fruity, slightly fragrant and packaged really well. Will be using this in many other recipes :)

Shame you can’t do a taste test before buying
Bought this to make baclava at home. I think I maybe used too much of it for my taste but was incredibly strong and overpowering. Think it would be better taste if used less.
