I received the item quickly, however the electrical lead for the body pads seems to be broken. An email sent to supplier has received no reply in about two weeks. Otherwise, tweezers and qtip application seems to work okay.

Not expecting the miracle. But the procedure is not convenient and is painful. Plus the $50 shipping fee, the price is not cheap at all. But I think it worth a try because I was willing to remove some eyebrows as well. however, no matter if I use the pointer or the pad, I have to use a squeeze to remove the hair after the electronic procedure. So, it's still painful, and it did not really remove my hair. They are still growing!

Have only had it a month so no significant hair diminishing yet. However I feel it rush down the hair shafts when working just like when I went to a professional epi person. I had mixed results from them too. It works on dark hairs better than my new gray hairs which are my primary issue on my chin. But the feel is correct so hope it will work. Btw the professionals say to not pluck during treatment, shave (gross) so that u r retreating the same hair and multi zaps will kill resistant ones

Edited Review Original 5 stars Review: It works It needs getting used to and the instructions are not clear but once one you figure it out it works quit good One thing to do as soon as you get it is throw iut the cheap battery that it comes with and put on Duracell or Energizer or something decent, it'll make a meaningful difference I tried all the 3 methods I only liked the tweezer method, they way it works is, put some gell on the tweezer (on the metal part where the tweezer tips will meet when you squeez) and with your other hand tough the silver button on the pen that is below the lights, and just hold a single hair with the tweezer, the green light should come on, it'll stay on for 20 seconds and go off, then try to pull their out, if there is still resistance do it again and again untill you can pull it off easily If the light doesn't go green, or goes green for a couple of seconds and goes off it means that you have to reapply gell or just change the angle or just move to another hair and come back to it later I know that it takes work and it takes time but to be able to do it yourself at home and without poking yourself is something I didn't think was possible Revised Review: It was so good until it descided to stop working I changed the battery I followed all the steps that made it work well when it used to work but it just stopped working, now even if I treat a hair 20 times it wouldn't die, became 100% useless I was so excited I thought I finally found a device that I can use at home by myself but it was tooooo good to be true

Button warms up too much when on for probe. Sometimes have to remove and replace batteries, even new ones, because the cover of the battery holder is slack. It does work, but is frustrating to use.
