Great product, works almost immediately. My only complaint is the cost. At only 40mg of caffeine per strip, it takes about 3 at a time to do its magic. Each package has 12 strips and costs about 10 dollars. So yeah they are expensive.

I absolutely love these and have them on subscription! I’ve offered them to quite a few people, several of which found the mint to be really overpowering tho. I personally like mint and this is a good flavor. I find the mint to be very refreshing and I make a point to drink a glass of water after I have one. I also can absolutely tell I get a nice pick me up within 5 or 10 minutes of taking one or two strips, but I never feel jittery. I just realize my eyes aren’t heavy anymore and I’m through my afternoon slump. It’s totally allowed me to skip my afternoon cup of coffee and the extra 150 cal that came with it. Maybe even the best thing is it’s so small and fits in my little purse. I keep them stashed everywhere. I like I can have them anywhere and don’t feel like I need to track down a place to grab a cup of coffee.

These are not cost effective. It's actually 2 strips to get 80mg so it's basically $10 for 6 servings. I'm used to 2 cans of Celsius a day. One in the morning, one in the afternoon. I'm trying to find a good alternative. These give me a little boost but they make my head hurt. They taste fine.

This product provides a light dose of caffine a nice pick me up. It melts well. Very easy to carry and use. The taste is s bit bitter. It helped my headache go away. It lasted about 4 hours. It did not upset my stomach. Would use again. Good value for product. I did not get jittery at all. It did help me focus a bit better.

They don’t melt in your mouth as easily as I thought. The instructions state to use 3 strips at a time so 120mg of caffeine at a time. The maximum amount of caffeine recommended by the FDA is 400mg. If these were your sole source of caffeine 10 strips would reach that maximum of 400mg. The packs only come with 12 strips, so it’s definitely not a cost effective source of caffeine but they’re great when you’re running late and have no time to make coffee or need a super quick pick me up during the day. The convenience outweighs the cost, so I will continue to purchase these and keep some on hand for the days I’m in desperate need of a fast energy boost.
