The product is good. It really scans all the book very quickly. Scan qualities good too. I do think that how the pages which are scanned depends on the quality of the computer power. But overall this is recommended if you are scanning a lot of books. It definitely serves that particular purpose. its ocr capability its very bad infact pathetic and unusable. You may required to install any third party professional OCR software. The software interface could have been better. Overall a good product. Do I don't think there is any kind of customer service in India. So if there is any issue probably have to throw it out
