Awesome product, feels very firm while doing crunches. Material is of good quality.i feel safe while doing it. The grip makes the workout a lot easier and fun. Make me concentrate effort on core rather than arms and shoulders

I am using it for few days only. Thus it is too early to give complete review at this moment. But apparently the product is awesome. The conventional abb roller available in the market is for pro people. They require so much strength to pull it back to previous position after stretching out. This also associated some risk related to ligament and mussel. But this abb roller is very much scientific. Also the design give you comfort and safety in time of workout. I think this is perfect for the beginners. With minimum effort you can achieve optimum stretching. Also you don't have to pul it back , the design will help to return to the starting position after stretching. Overall this is good product I think so far based on my workout.

Overall the build quality seems ok, though it feels light weight. But after using it for few days, it feels the roll back is not as stiff as it was earlier, becomes too easy.

Quality is good for this price

There were cracks developed on the fibre part resting the Elbow that connects with the roller, after using for 2-3 months due to poor quality of the material. I raised it with the Lifelong support team sending the video of the product but they refused to repair or replace the product under warranty as it was physical damage. This is really disappointing as there is no fault of mine but this damage is due to poor quality of the product as the cracks have been developed evenly on both sides as it could not manage the pressure when I was using the Abs Roller. I am 90Kg so not too much weight for the product which mentions load of 200 kg is OK. Pathetic experience from customer support and false warranty
