No, it's for lead-acid batteries only, 12 and 24 Volts, basic ones, AGM, and with gel electrolyte.

Can you use on a tractor?

It's not the tractor that is charged. It's the battery so it would depend on the type and size of battery in the tractor.

Will the Bosch c7 be suitable for charging a 24v mobility scooter?

We returned ours, to complicated to use, wouldn’t even charge a car battery
