First of all, I've switched ALL of supplements to this tincture brand. With that said, could it just be a coincidence that this helped me sleep with just ONE dose? (I don't believe in coincidences, really). I've had insomnia for as long as I as I can remember, and I've tried everything under the sun: Essential oils, frequencies, supplements galore, etc. etc. I've spent thousands of dollars for gadgets and devices for sleep. NOW!! With just one dropperful I was sound asleep in a very short time, compared to hours or NO sleep.. Is this too good to be true? If so, I will edit my review. I also know many factors effect sleep/no sleep for each individual person. I just hope everyone gets the sleep results I've received - even though Skullcap has many other benefits as well. P.S.
