Q: Plug and play and comes whit a gasket?

Yes. 2010 has three bulbs, this uses one white bulb recepatcle and one brake light bulb receptacle. The installation has a foam weather stripping type gasket pre installed.

Q: Where can I find the trim cover for this light ?

There is no trim cover and it fit perfectly.

Q: All the lights come on when start truck. brake lights work. the reverse lights do not work when the truck is put in reverse. how do i fix this issue.

You mean lights on the third brake light doesn't work in reverse? Did they work with the old break light? Check your plugs, check fuses.

Q: does the cargo light still work like factory? (turns on when doors open or unlock doors w/ remote)

No. The white light stays on all the time. Had to disconnect.
