How to use this product ?

It depends on what purpose the user intends. 4 drops each in 2 oz. Of distilled water is one way to use it. Wait 3 min. And drink …but I am not sure what the users intent is so this is just an example of how a person COULD use it.

Both solutions contain one component in water. What does substandard quality mean? Are there known contminants?

There are no contaminants to my knowledge. You are buying one bottle of Citric Acid and one bottle of Sodium Chlorite. You mix a 1:1 ratio, meaning you mix 1 drop of each liquid together and the resulting product is Chlorine Dioxide. Mix the Chlorine Dioxide in a glass of water to drink.

How much water does this product treat?

approximately 600 droops per fl oz. 6 drops per gallon it can treat up to 100 gallons

Is the citric acid gmo from china?

Don’t know but most likely is
