Is it possible to purchase just the cover if it gets damaged?

Not sure, but the original cover is quite sturdy and well built

Is this Certi-Pur foam?

Don’t know if that’s the brand, all I know is that it’s memory foam, very comfortable

I wish they made a corner unit and you could transform this into a cheap cloud couch?

That's a great idea. Maybe they will, at your suggestion.

How big & about how much does the box the item ships in weigh? I may want to travel with the twin or queen.

Package dimensions: 14 X 14 X 23 inches, 25.3 pounds, sofa is easy to move and carry, perfect for outdoor travel.
